How we handle your information

What we collect

When you send an inquiry through this site we receive the name, email address, phone number, area of interest and message you type into the form. We do not ask for anything else, and the site does not require an account.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your inquiry about a property. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list from this form.

Where it goes

Inquiries are delivered to our office inbox by email through our email provider. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, and property information is stored in a managed database. Each of these providers processes the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting transaction.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@sithonia-horizon.gr and we will respond.
